Remember this beautiful bed from our Reinvented French Chic Collection?
We added these great inserts made from vintage French letters.
Imagine my surprise when our sweet customer and friend, Linda Seifelt, arrived to pick up the bed in her adorable lime green VW Bug! I said "No Way"! And she said "Way!" She opened the back of that little Bug, and we started loading.........Headboard........
Footboard........
Rails...............
No Problem at all! Here is happy Linda....I should have had faith, after all....She is a Red Shed Girl! (Wish we would have had that little Bug in Minnesota...we could have used the space)
(OK, it didn't quite close, but close enough)

Love this! It reminds me of the VW Cabrio I drove while I lived in Texas. It was about the same size as the bug, but it had zero trunk space. It's saving grace? It was a convertible! With the top down (the car's, not mine!), I could move mountains! And I did! Okay, not mountains, but sofas, shelving, etc. Great story!!!
ReplyDeleteI get the same reaction in my little
ReplyDeletejelly bean car. But when those back seats fold down I can haul quite a bit. Where there's a will there's a way.
