Paris Flea Market Purchases One more post before the end of our Paris Contest!

Yes we certainly shopped in Paris! There are so many fun things to buy, you are really only constrained by your time and your budget. Everyone tends to pack and ship as we go, but here is a great sampling of just a few of the treasures that the everyone on the trip purchased...(click on the photos for a closer look)

Too fun! We found this fabulous set of Paris fashion photo magazine proofs. Many have the original notations from the magazine staff.

  21. There is little more satisfying than French Brocante shopping! When they say Vintage they mean really-really vintage!! I'll be in Dallas in June to see "Billy Elliot" and I hope to get to Grapevine too! I'm seriously covering that Joan of Arc statue!!

  23. Wonderful finds!! Can't wait to see all the pretties! Don't you just love your "job"! Everyone should be so fortunate. I hope I am in time for a chance for the 'entree'.

    Yes, there were lots of airplane bits and parts - found in Warrenton and Roundtop - turned into all kinds of interesting articles and furniture. I had my husband to point out all the parts - do not think an untrained eye would spot many of them. Love the industrial look - glad it is spreading.
